He owns a Commercial Law degree (LUISS University - Rome) and a post-graduation title in Analysis of balance sheet (Bocconi University - Milan). Besides its activity as Senior Legal Advisor in Organic Bioelectronics srl, he is currently partner of the Roedl & Partner International consultancy firm, member of the Advisory Board of Fin Club (an innovative platform to manage financial products), member of the Board of Directors of BAC Life spa in San Marino (insurance company), member of the Board of Directors of Banca Agricola Commerciale BAC Invest SG spa in San Marino (asset management company) and member of the Board of Energy & Experience Association (an association of senior consultant, bankers, insurance brokers, equity investors).
He authored more than 60 articles concerning company law, commercial, banking and finance in major Italian law reviews: "Le società", "I Contratti", "Commercio Internazionale", "Corriere Tributario", "Amministrazione e Finanza", "Dirigenza Bancaria" Contribution/co-writer in four books in financial/legal/tax subjects: "Il bilancio e il reddito delle banche", "La nuova disciplina dell'OPA", "La disciplina normativa degli organi delle fondazioni bancarie", "La riforma del mercato finanziario e delle società quotate”.
